Doric Capital Corporation, (The Investment Adviser), is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands with limited liability and has its principle office in Hong Kong. The Doric Focus Fund (The Fund) is incorporated in the Cayman Islands as an exempted company with limited liability. Corinthian Capital Management Ltd. (The Fund Manager) is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. It acts as Fund Manager to The Fund with overall responsibility for the investments and affairs of the Fund.

The investment objective of the Doric Focus Fund is to achieve medium to long-term capital appreciation primarily through investing in listed securities on stock markets in the Asian region. The Fund will use hedging and long-short strategies to achieve a targeted return of 15% or more in the medium to long term.
